I’m working on LeavesofGrass.Org right now, so these pages may look a little strange until I get everything renovated.

LeavesofGrass.Org has been called “Eduprenenurial.” The term is explained in: “DIY U: Edupunks, Edupreneurs, and the Coming Transformation of Higher Education.”

“Launch forth filaments” of your Self into the World Walt Web with the Firefox “Leaves of Grass” persona.

The blog design you see here today–and the rough Whitman model that inhabits the banner above–are going away as soon as possible.

To get an impression of where I want to take the site, please visit the new splash page (the index page) at http://LeavesofGrass.Org.

Finally, my arduous efforts to better myself as a character designer have coincided with breakthroughs in modeling, animation, and rendering that mark iClone version 4. Just see for yourself.

I hope my film’s actual animation will convey the remarkable “personal magnetism” which Walt Whitman’s contemporaries (not to mention the poet himself) often described.

LeavesofGrass.Org is changing with the times, in an effort to realize the dream of Walt’s most ardent circle of supporters: the establishment of a fellowship of readers that crosses all boundaries. Welcome back! — and to rejoin, please re-establish your login.

Are you affiliated with an organization or website that should be listed here? Are you a Whitman re-enactor, an American Studies researcher with online articles, or a person of faith using Leaves of Grass in your ministry? Then by all means, contact me and I’ll try to include you.

If you’ve been elsewhere following the progress of my animated short, This Beginning of Me, LeavesofGrass.Org is now the best place to stay current.
